This month's UCARConnect feature pays tribute to the data curation and stewardship services that abound at UCAR – from NCAR's divisional dataset holdings to numerous newer efforts such as the EarthCube Science Support Office now housed at UCAR, and NCAR's Earth Observing Lab's Cloud Hosted Real-Time Data for the Geosciences (CHORDS) resource. Pair all these efforts with numerous data-focused educational efforts at UCAR from GLOBE, the NCAR GIS Program, COMET, the UCAR Center for Science Education, and others, and you not only have stewardship for science and UCAR member universities, but also resources that promote scientific literacy for all.
